“I’m just too busy because I have kids!” - let’s be honest, we’ve all used this excuse when we don’t go after our goals or make time to focus on the things we set out to do.
I have been guilty of this myself many times and it was these steps I’m sharing with you on today’s episode that helped me see the truth and snap out of using this excuse which wasn’t serving my kids or myself. I hope it can do the same for you and show you how capable you are Mama!
