In today’s episode we are talking about why it’s important to work on feeling your best, stop the comparison, and finally love yourself right now as you are and if you want to change something, you don’t need anyone’s approval. You can change anything about yourself as long as it makes you happy. You can love yourself AND want to make changes to be a better version of you at the same time. I’m sharing my thoughts on the constant comments we see on social media where women say they feel better about their flaws when they see other women share their flaws. How about instead of focusing on what others say are flaws you focus on working on the things you truly want to change in your life, because they're important to you. I am giving you 10 tips to start feeling better about yourself.
