As you make the plan to get healthier you’ll find some challenges along the way and it’s not always your own resistance or excuses. Sometimes it’ll happen from the outside world and those in your bubble, so being clear as to WHY you’re working on yourself is important will help you stay true to your goals and not give in when the pressure comes.

We’re talking about different diets, body positivity, looks vs health, exercise, intuitive eating and what we know from traditions growing up.
