It’s election day! Are you prepared for the outcome? Stress is high for many people today, but I want us to take a moment to learn how to manage our stress during this election and also as we move forward with whatever the outcome will be. Life as you know it has many ups and downs and there are going to be seasons where it breaks us down. Challenges can make you feel stuck like your life is over and you have nowhere to go, but I want to remind you of the endless opportunities that you have to create the future that you want for yourself, your kids and grandkids and impact those around you. Life is full of opportunities no matter what happens, but it’s up to you to learn how to look at things differently and take action where action is needed.
