How do I get my husband to support me? Ugh, this is the worse scenario to be in when you’re wanting to work on yourself but your husband isn’t supportive, so I wanted to share some tips and REAL TALK about how you can get that support and what to do when you don’t.
Remember that you can also find support through an online community if like minded women. This community really helped me when I started my journey. It helped me with the skills I needed to learn and gave me support and accountability to continue and not give up on myself.

Is your morning routine setting you up for success or setting you back? Most of us start our mornings rushing, unmotivated to get out of bed and snoozing the alarm too many times just to find ourselves more behind and now in a negative state.
I want to share with you some tips on how I was able to change that around in my own life and set up a routine that helps me get the most important task done before my kids are even out of bed.
