One of the best things I’ve ever done in my life was to set boundaries. It allowed so much peace and clarity in my life and with less judgement around me I was able to focus on my goals and live my life being authentically me while surrounded by the people who love and support me. Is your morning routine setting you up for success or setting you back? Most of us start our mornings rushing, unmotivated to get out of bed and snoozing the alarm too many times just to find ourselves more behind and now in a negative state.
I want to share with you some tips on how I was able to change that around in my own life and set up a routine that helps me get the most important task done before my kids are even out of bed.
